About The Chef
Marc Sublette, executive chef and partner, is a Johnson & Wales graduate with experience at top Atlanta restaurants like Pricci and Pano's & Paul's. He later served as executive chef at Seagar's in Florida, earning a AAA Four Diamond Award. Returning to Atlanta, he led Pricci before becoming corporate chef for Norsan Group, where he elevated Pampas Steakhouse, earning it a spot on Jezebel Magazine’s “Top 100 Restaurants” and recognition as a “Chef of Distinction.”
